From the scrach the the TANCAM team started the project with developing a digital twin from the concepts given by Khay-zen system's team

Then the entire assembly Kinematically simulated with mechanicm design cababilites of the 3D Experience platform & Physical simulation carried out using SIMULIA solution 

Finally the bio digester machine  is physically prototyped and currently in the testing stage.
