Tamil Nadu’s Largest Hackathon for Women in Engineering

The TANCAM's Hackathon at Sona College of Technology of Technology, Salem was held on March 14, 2024, under the theme of Conceptual Design and New Product Development for Sustainability.

987 talented female students representing 75 engineering institutions across Tamil Nadu came together to form 296 project groups, showcasing their innovation and dedication to engineering excellence.

The inaugural function was headed by Sri. Thyagu Valliappa, Vice–Chairman, SONA Institutions, Mr. Frederic Besson, WWVP-CATIA Brand sales, Dassault Systèmess and honored by Dr Senthilkumar S R R, Principal, Dr.Karthikeyan Govindan, Principal and TPT, Mr. Vijayadeepan S M, COO / TANCAM, Dr.Senthilkumar Duraisamy, HoD / Mechanical Engineering, Mr. Suresh G. Rao Business Consultant – Strategy Projects, Sona Star Innovation
